WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Century Party Rental is located at 933 Church Street, North Syracuse, New York 13212. We are located across Kreischer Road from the DMV. HOW LONG IS A STANDARD RENTAL? Most events take place on the weekend. In this instance, your rental supplies will be delivered/ picked up on Friday and returned that Monday. WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED? We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A POLE TENT AND A FRAME TENT? Pole tents have center poles that hold up the canopy and are always staked into grass for tension and security. Frame tents do not have a center pole because their canopy is supported by a structured frame. Frame tents can be staked into the ground or weighted down with water barrels for additional price. WHAT SIZE TENT DO I NEED? Please call our office to talk to our dedicated sales team, they will be able to assist you in finding the right solution. CAD designs are available after deposit for customers seeking more tailored solutions. HOW MUCH SPACE WILL I NEED FOR THE TENT? You will want to measure your area where the tent will go. You must add 5’ around the perimeter of the tent to allow for ropes and stakes. For example, if you need a 20’ x 40’ tent, you will need a minimum area of 25’ x 45’. IS SIDEWALL INCLUDED IN A TENT RENTAL? No. Sidewall is available for an additional charge and can be customized to suit your needs. Rent sidewall to block an unwanted view of a neighbor or enough to completely enclose your event. DO YOU RENT TENT HEATERS? YES. Since we live in Syracuse, NY - I think we all can agree that the weather can be unpredictable! Renting a tent heater is a great way to keep your guests toasty and content without breaking your budget. Please call our office for more information. CAN WE INSTALL THE TENT OURSELVES? No. Our insurance mandates that all tents be professionally installed by Century Party Rental. |
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL FOR AN EVENT?
We regularly service clients in Central New York, but travel throughout New York to accommodate larger events. WHAT TYPE OF DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED? We require a deposit of 50% in order to reserve your equipment. Remaining balance is due before delivery. Tent deposits are non-refundable. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER? Century Party Rental does NOT have a minimum order for delivery, but delivery charges apply depending on location. WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY AND PICK-UP HOURS? Our hours of operation are 8am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. All deliveries and breakdowns that occur outside of these hours are subject to additional overtime charges. DO YOU CHARGE A DAMAGE WAIVER? All of our equipment requires a damage waiver. The waiver is 10% of your subtotal and is non-refundable. The damage waiver protects the customer against normal wear and tear and minor accidents. IS SET UP AND DELIVERY INCLUDED? All tent pricing includes set up and removal of the tent. Tables, chairs and other rental supplies do not include set up but may be added for an additional fee. Delivery is an additional charge to every order. Please call for details. WILL I NEED TO BE PRESENT AT DELIVERY? Many customers prefer to present at the time of delivery to specify where their rental items should go. If you cannot be present, we will take down details about your delivery when you place your order to ensure a successful delivery. HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER? You may place your order by calling our office at 315-452-1240. When calling our office, we can check availability, acquire pricing and answer any questions you might have. DOES THE CHINA, GLASSWARE & FLATWARE NEED TO BE CLEANED BEFORE RETURNING? China, glassware and flatware do not need to be cleaned before they are returned. |
